Creative Wellness Foundation: Gratitude and Awareness

Gratitude and Awareness is one course of four in the Creative Wellness Foundation bundle. Self-Reflection and Values and Vulnerability precede Gratitude and Awareness. Each course can be consumed independently. However, the courses were designed together and will have the greatest impact and benefit as a whole.

Creativity and Wellness

The Creativity and Wellness Course is our free course, and intended to be the introduction to the Creative Wellness Foundation courses. If you have not yet viewed that course, I suggest you do prior to beginning this journey.
