Participants will explore a five-step decision-making model, examine critical legal and ethical considerations, and learn seven creative exercises to enhance their decision-making skills. Designed for counselors seeking innovative strategies, this course emphasizes practical application and professional growth.
After completing this training, participants will be able to:
- Identify key legal and ethical considerations relevant to decision-making in counseling practice.
- List the five steps of a structured decision-making model for counselors.
- Describe seven creative and expressive exercises that can be incorporated into the decision-making process.
- Evaluate how creativity can enhance ethical decision-making in counseling scenarios
